When you drop your firearm off with us, it gets the full treatment. We begin
by completely stripping it down. Then every part gets degreased. After that,
we blast the parts to be coated with aluminum oxide to remove any excess
oil/grease/debris. From there, the parts that are able to, get parkerized.
Once this process has taken place, we begin to apply the coating.
If your weapon has pitting, scratches, or if you have wood that you want us
to coat - then we will discuss filling in the pits, scratches, or wood grain. This
does require extra work and thus special pricing.
If you are looking to match the colors of one piece to another piece, then we
will discus color matching with you. Just let us know and we will do all we can
to get it correct.
If you want a custom camo job or custom stenciling (as in the weapon on the
sidebar to the left), let us know and be able to provide a sample of what you
want. We will discus all special order pricing with you and work out the best
deal possible for you.
Our turn around time varies. For the most part, it is about a week to 10
days. If you have special issues that we are tackling - it could take longer. If
our volume is high, then we will let you know up front and in instances of
high volume will schedule work to come into the shops at certain times so we
can best serve you.
