Policies & Shipping Information:

We take as many reasonable steps as possible to ensure that your order is met with professional quality.

Considering this, we do as much as possible to maintain your customer satisfaction.  We do our best to offer strait forward competitive pricing with no hidden fees.  We will complete your order without the distraction of other orders.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all DuraCoat Coatings.  We guaranty any DuraCoat finish applied buy us to be free from defect.  This does not include normal wear, abraision, burnishing, or items that have been misused or abused causing failure in the coating.  We will (upon inspection of the weapon – or digital pictures) refinish the weapon for free.  This warranty is only valid for the original customer and in conjunction with the original paid invoice that is provided upon completion of refinishing.  We do not cover soft pliable plastics like flip up covers, rail covers/panels, bikinis, bipod feet, hogue grips, rubber armored scopes, etc.  R.I.P. Custom Arms, LLC has no control over the manufacture’s warranty and return policies.

Shipping & Your Order

Local Texas orders can be dropped off at our locations by appointment only. Any order placed at a show can be dropped off at the show or picked up at the next show. Mail orders can be directly shipped to us (customer is responsible for any fees and shipping). Please contact us prior to shipping your order. Your order will be return shipped directly to you (return shipping will be included on your final invoice). All non-local or non-show firearms sales will be shipped to your FFL (all BATF and NFA rules apply). We suggest that you use FedEx or UPS for your shipping needs.  Note that insurance on your shipping is a must – normal shipping rates usually only include $100.  In case you receive your order and it has been damaged in shipping – please preserve the packaging and contact us and your carrier to file a claim for the damages.  Not having the packaging material may void the claim.
